Smarts of York offer Free Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (UK Mainland only) on all orders. Most orders should arrive within 2-3 working days, but due to Covid-19 it can take longer, so please allow up to 5 working days for your goods to arrive. International:
We do not ship internationally at present, UK Mainland only.
Delivering Christmas:
The run-up to Christmas may be slightly different this year due to the situation of Covid-19. These are the latest dates recommended by Royal Mail to post your Christmas parcels.
UK – 2nd Class and 2nd Class signed for (Fri 18 Dec), 1st Class and 1st Class signed for (Mon 21 Dec), Royal Mail Tracked 24* (Tues 22 Dec) and Special Delivery Guaranteed (Wed 23 Dec).
Delivery is subject to availability. We will endeavour to notify you as so as possible if we are out of stock with an expected delivery date.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Click & Collect:
We are pleased to offer you Click & Collect. Any item can be collected from our shop during normal opening hours. You can find us at this address, Smarts of York Ltd T/A Robert Smart Menswear, 59-63 Low Petergate, York, YO1 7HY. If you select the Click & Collect option, once we have processed your order, we will email you back to confirm when it will be ready for collection. Given we are open 7 days a week, you will normally be able collect your goods instore on the same day.
